There is a horse in the pool

Kempen - It could be the next Karnevalshit: Because a horse is in the pool. But Sabine Mueller was unable to smile on Sunday morning - she was worried about her favorite mare, Svenja. The animal had fallen into the pool in the garden of the horse.
Sabine Mueller unsuspecting son went on Sunday at 9:30 clock direction pasture behind the family farm in the Kempen district Tönisberg. He wanted to feed the 18 horses of the family. But as he passed by in the garden by the pool, he did not believe his eyes: In the middle of the water Norwegians mare Svenja (stand 14). The animal had fallen into the pool.
"Maybe the kids forgot to close the gate properly," speculates Sabine Mueller. Svenja could have opened the door ajar, and trotted into the garden. "The pool, they probably did not realize he was covered with foil," said Svenja's owner.
The 600-pound animal immediately broke through the ice sheet and 1.50 meters deep into the pool. Fortunately, the mare is big enough so they do not drown drohte.Doch alone came back out the animal is not natural. "We had to call the fire department," says Mueller.
The Guards only once pumped water from the pool. Then a neighboring building contractor stepped into the breach. He placed a large excavator available with Svenja was heaved out of the pool. The animal was uninjured, is fine. In the afternoon it was back in the hay barn and mumbles.
Svenja's the third horse, which fell into the pool. In 2006, the fire brigade turntable ladder rescued by an animal, a year later, a pony fell into the water. Therefore, the Fire Department is now considering whether the Miller family must pay for the recent deployment of negligence.
